Many of the ISO's (not these GDI's) were altered to be burned onto a single CD-R (in BIN or CDI format) because GDI's are too large to fit onto a CD-R. Personally never had much use for BIN or CDI except to save on disc space. Now finally we have a safe reliable place to download unaltered (Redump) original Dreamcast games! Kudos my friend!
